Booking & pricing
How far ahead should I book?
For peak hours we recommend 12–24 hours ahead. Same-day bookings are possible when vehicles are available.
What is included in the fare?
Meet & greet, flight tracking, included waiting time (60 min airport, 15 min city), premium water, Wi-Fi, USB-C charging, and a quiet cabin. No hidden surcharges.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Contact concierge to adjust pickup time, stops, or vehicle. Cancellation terms are shared before payment.
How is the price calculated?
We offer per-kilometre, hourly, and fixed-route pricing depending on your journey type. Airport transfers use a distance-based rate. Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum (3 hours for V-Class). You receive an upfront quote before confirming.
Are there night or weekend surcharges?
Night rides (22:00–06:00) have a 20% surcharge and weekends 10%. These are included in your upfront quote, so there are no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing with VAT documentation.
Airport transfers
How do airport pickups work in Warsaw?
Your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name sign while we track the flight and adjust pickup time automatically. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time.
Which airports do you serve?
Warsaw Chopin (WAW), Warsaw Modlin (WMI), Radom (RDO), and Kraków Balice (KRK). We also arrange transfers to regional and European airports on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the chauffeur’s arrival accordingly. There is no additional charge for flight delays.
Fleet & vehicles
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Choose between Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, or V-Class during booking and we confirm availability. See our full fleet for details.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Add the request during booking and we confirm availability in advance. A child seat fee of 40 PLN applies.
What amenities are in the vehicle?
Every vehicle is equipped with Wi-Fi, USB-C charging, premium water, and a quiet, climate-controlled cabin. V-Class also offers conference seating.
Service & routes
Do you serve destinations outside Warsaw?
Yes. We operate over 140 intercity routes across Poland and to European cities including Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Kraków. All routes have fixed upfront pricing.
Can I book an hourly chauffeur?
Yes. Hourly bookings are ideal for multi-stop agendas, meetings, or events. Minimum 2 hours for sedans (3 hours for V-Class). The chauffeur stays on standby throughout.
Is business invoicing available?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing, VAT documentation, and a dedicated account manager. Contact our concierge to set up a corporate account.
Do you handle wedding transportation?
Yes. We provide wedding chauffeur services including bride & groom transfers, guest coordination, and photo session standby with our premium fleet.
Can I book a private tour from Warsaw?
Yes. We offer curated day trips to destinations like Żelazowa Wola, Toruń, Lublin, and Białowieża with flexible itineraries and concierge support.
