Booking, payment, cancellation and liability terms for Warsaw Ride services.

1. Scope of terms

These terms define how premium chauffeur services are provided by Warsaw Ride.

Placing an order means acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via online form or direct concierge communication.
  • A booking is confirmed after payment, or after written confirmation for approved corporate accounts.
  • The client is responsible for accurate route, timing, and passenger details.

3. Payments and billing

  • We support online payments and B2B settlement after individual approval.
  • Displayed prices are gross and may include surcharges required by service specifics.
  • Custom multi-leg itineraries may require a manual quote.

4. Changes, cancellations and no-show

Unless a custom offer or framework agreement states otherwise, the following rules apply.

  • cancellation more than 24h before pickup: refund up to 95% of booking value,
  • cancellation 12-24h before pickup: refund up to 50% of booking value,
  • cancellation below 12h or no-show: charge up to 100% of booking value.

5. Waiting time and service delivery

  • airport pickups include flight monitoring and post-landing waiting time in standard scenarios,
  • for city pickups, driver waiting follows reasonable operational windows communicated at booking stage,
  • extended waiting or route changes may result in additional charges under current pricing.

6. Liability

  • We perform services with due care and safety standards.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, administrative actions, or incorrect data provided by the client.
  • The client is liable for damage caused in the vehicle by passengers.

7. Passenger rules

  • Smoking is prohibited in vehicles and safety rules must be followed.
  • Child transport requires an appropriate child seat when legally required.
  • Luggage exceeding declared limits may require a higher vehicle class or surcharge.

9. Governing law and updates

Polish law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
