Terminal layout
Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) has one main terminal with two areas: Area A (Schengen) and Area B (non-Schengen). All arrivals exit through the ground floor. The key pickup point for chauffeur services is the arrivals hall exit, directly accessible from baggage claim.
Best pickup points
- Arrivals hall exit — Your chauffeur waits inside with a name sign. This is the standard meet & greet point.
- VIP terminal — For diplomatic and high-security arrivals, WAW offers a separate VIP terminal with private immigration and direct vehicle access.
- Short-term parking P1 — For pick-ups where the passenger prefers to walk to the vehicle.
Timing your departure
