How Warsaw transfer pricing actually works
A chauffeur transfer is priced one of two ways: a fixed route price from A to B, or an hourly rate for as-directed travel. Either way the number is confirmed before you pay — no meter, no surge, no "traffic surcharge." The quote you see includes meet and greet, flight tracking, waiting time, and every onboard amenity.
Rough guide by vehicle
Rates start from 180 PLN/hour (Mercedes E-Class), 220 PLN/hour (S-Class), and 400 PLN/hour (V-Class), or from 5.5–10 PLN/km on fixed routes. As a rough guide:
- Chopin (WAW) → city centre (~10 km): from around 180 PLN in an E-Class.
- Modlin (WMI) → city centre (~40 km): from around 220 PLN in an E-Class; more for the S-Class or V-Class.
What's included, and what isn't sprung on you
Every quote covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, meet and greet, 60 minutes of airport waiting, and Wi-Fi, water and charging. There is no separate booking fee and no night surcharge added later. Child seats are available for 40 PLN.
