When the buses and trains stop
Both Warsaw airports quieten late at night. At Chopin the city transit thins after midnight; at Modlin the shuttle-and-train chain to the centre stops earlier still. Land at 01:00 on a delayed flight and public transport may simply not be an option — leaving a taxi queue or a pre-booked car.
Why flight tracking is non-negotiable at night
A fixed pickup time is risky enough by day; at night it is worse, because there is no fallback if you run late. A tracked transfer solves this: your chauffeur watches the flight, adjusts to the actual landing, and is waiting when you clear customs — with 60 minutes of complimentary waiting built in.
No surprise night surcharge
Some services quietly add a night premium. A fixed quote does not — the price you confirm when booking is the price you pay at 02:00, meet & greet and waiting included. That predictability is the whole point of booking ahead.
Chopin or Modlin after dark
From Chopin you are 20–30 minutes to the centre; from Modlin, closer to an hour (see our Modlin transfer guide). Either way, a private transfer is the calm way into the city. See airport transfer options or check the pricing page.
